Ini rumahku kat area Subang yg aku beli at 354k after discount. Disebabkan lambat buat decision, kejap nak beli kat Kinrara, kejap Subang, kejap Bangi at last tinggal 2 unit shj. Satu sipi2 (20%) facing junction n satu facing small backlane (20%). I decided for the backlane unit because backlane tu kecik eg utk 6 rumah shj. It's facing South and also nearer to the playground. My intention was for own stay!
Then I have got a new job in the heart of the city, KLCC and we decided to let go the house. We're aiming for > 500k but unfortunately the highest offer was only 500k. Masalah utama adalah facing backlane (walaupun x 100%), menyebabkan secara fengshuinya, salah satu kaum mmg x ingin beli langsung rumah ni. Aku terima juga offer 500k tu dan mmg rendah if compare dgn normal unit 520-550k. Market value pun boleh pergi 550k. Bersyukur ke hadrat Ilahhi atas rezekinya..!
