EPF subsidiary completes purchase of 943ha of Rubber Research Institute land for RM2.28bil



Berdasarkan plan di atas, nampak memang mengujakan projek ini dengan township lengkap dan station MRT juga akan dibina di sini. Berbanding dengan projek-projek lain yang pernah aku tulis dalam blog ini, aku lebih berminat dengan projek di atas. Boleh dikategorikan sebagai WAJIB beli. Jadi sesiapa yang berhasrat nak beli tu, mehlah kita sama-sama berjamaah register/ atau beratur beramai-ramai untuk membelinya.

Jualannya dijangka bermula pada tahun 2013, so ada setahun lagi untuk kita kumpul duit untuk bayar downpayment.

PETALING JAYA: Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) tasked as master developer for an iconic township development, Monday announced it had finalised the purchase price of RM2.28bil for 943ha (2,330 acres) of prime Rubber Research Institute land in the heart of the Klang Valley.


"This new Kwasa Damansara township development will incorporate plans that are befitting of a city, replete with infrastructure and modern facilities, both residential and commercial, that aim to serve the entire Damansara region, if not the Klang Valley," said Kwasa Land chairman Tan Sri Samsudin Osman in a statement.

The proposed township development will create opportunities for developers and contractors to participate in developing residential and commercial properties, main infrastructures and public amenities for an expected population of 150,000, Samsudin added.

The development planning is now at an advanced stage, with the iconic township development expected to commence in 2013.

Among the key features in the design and layout plan is a development hub comprising modern residential, commercial, recreational and educational facilities.

It will also incorporate an integrated transportation system that links the township via MRT to the rest of Klang Valley. A green park will also be among the highlights of this new development.

The master plan is being finalised for submission to the Selangor State Planning Committee for approval.

"We are looking for experienced property developers with strong track record and who have successfully completed developments with a high Gross Development Value (GDV) for the past two to three years," Samsudin said.

bro, nampaknya kita dah kena prepare bullet utk hunting projek ni...dah kena start bagi income cantek dan kurangkan komitmen...mmg menarik...saya mesti pilih..

Kalau ikut harga tanah 943ha at 2.28bil roughly RM22 psf. So cost tanah utk 20x70 je dah boleh agak brp harga dia.

Kalau tgk map tu (x finalize) byk juga high rise to be built. But landed rasanya min > 450k utk 20x70

kwasa - k w s, cuma p jer xde. mmg x penah dengar pun. register je la se pam. kalau landed ni is more of a flipping game, but ltv 70 mmg menyesakkan
