Pengalaman Menjual Rumah Sendiri - Part 3

Last week dah sign SPA. Nampaknya lawyer kali ni agak STRICT, aku kena sediakan semua dokumen-dokumen di bawah ni, baru dia bagi sign dan cheque additional 8% tu. Nak duit kenalah susah sikit...

a)      IC
b)      Copy of Quit Rent & Assessment 
c)       Copy for Issue Document of Title
d)      Copy of Bank Statement
e)      Copy of CCC
f)       Copy of SPA
g)      Copy of latest Electric/ Water Bil

For RPGT
1.       BE Form with LHDN Branch Office.

Cost Of Purchase
2.       Disbursement – Lawyer Developer
3.       Stamp Duty on MOT – Lawyer Developer
4.       Lawyers Fee for Loan Agreement
5.       MRTA for Loan

Cost of Sale
6.       Disbursement Fee – Lawyer

1)Biasanya rumah landed beli dr developer ni berapa cepat dpt title?

Dalam kebanyakkan kes rumah landed ni dah pecah geran masa kita beli...so kena bayar MOT dan tukar nama sebelum 1st payment drp bank.

Hanya satu kes je kawe beli rumah yang masih dalam master title. Tu pun masa rumah siap..bayar mot dan terys dapat geran.

Sekarang dah takde CF (sijil layak menduduki) rasanya...cuma ada CCC. Nak tahu beza CF n CCC tu kene tanya pakcik gugel.
