Pengalaman Menjual Rumah Sendiri - FINALE

Kita habiskan cerita flipping kita. Jom sapa mahu dibelanja, duit dah dapat. contact2lah aku.

 

Tapi knowing me, bila nampak cash > 150k tu aku jadi makin kedekut. 3 lagi rumah mungkin boleh dibeli. Tapi jangan dilupa juga bahagian orang yang memerlukan. Bukan semua orang senang macam kita.

 

Mari kita habiskan kronologi kita


a) 28 May - Jumpa dengan potential buyer

b) 31 May - Buyer sign Letter Offer to Purchase (dapat 2%)

c) 20 June - Loan buyer approved

d) 21 June - Sign SPA (dapat balance 8% - 2% RPGT)

e) 22 June - Bayar dis

e) 30 June - Lawyer request for redemption statement

f) 11 July - Bank Penjual issue Redemption Statement

g) 12 July - Lawyer bayar RPGT

h) 1 August - Buyer bank dah settlekan (f)... masa ni tak perlu bayar installment dah ..and rekod pun lenyap drp CCRIS...maksudnya boleh beli rumah lain!!

 

i) 4 August - Ada lebihan bila bank pembeli settlekan balance loan aku (banyak kali ni dlm 7k)

 

j) 8 August - Cheque ada di depan mata
