If I am not mistaken, the last project called MIMOSA - with Build-Up 2180 sqft and Price 688k was launched like 2++ years long ago in Sept/Oct 2012. It’s also the last DSL project at the southern part of Setia Alam. Looking at the subsale price now for MIMOSA, not bad though (@ 840k-850k) as it came with DIBS package previously.
The new project, CAFFRA should be launched as BTS (Build Then Sell) concept, not really sure why they changed the strategy by selling it now, before it gets 100% completed. However it’s an advantage for the purchaser because of the progress of the construction is already reaching more than 50% at this moment and they can really save a lot money, by not paying the progressive interest earlier.

My comments – it’s quite worthy for the price since MIMOSA (20 x 70) subsale already asking 840-850k. but CAFFRA has bigger built up although relatively short at 20 x 65. Furthermore, it’s already more than 50% completion.
